    If your competitor is not one of your friends then it is foolish not to report him. But if he or she is your friend then ignore the case. That what I would have done if were you.

    OK, I’ll bite: What is ‘TOS’ of social media? I’m well versed in social media, but have never seen this acronym.

      TOS = Terms Of Service

      I should have spelled that out, I realize now.

      Most social media services frown on or outright prohibit using their services for purely commercial purposes; for instance, using your company name as your account name in Facebook or using Flickr as a repository for your banner advertisements.
